A group usually consists of two or more people. Leader or leaders of the group are clearly defined. Members of a group work individually. So, their work is also evaluated and rewarded on individual basis. Each member of the group is accountable for his or her own work. Responsibilities are not shared and the work of each member is usually independent of the work of other members.
