Organizational culture

Culture is defined as a total deposit of material objects, concepts of the universe, spatial relations, roles, notion of time, religion, hierarchies, meanings, attitudes, values, beliefs, experience and knowledge ascertained by a group of individual from their ancestor or one generation to other through group and individual striving. Organizational culture involves shared beliefs, values and assumptions that rule the behavior of people in the company.
