The comprehensive change model contains five steps and they are explained as follows:

1. The company and the employees need to understand the need for the change.

2. The management also need to identify what is the possible resistance they can face and need to figure out how to overcome that.

3. Depending on the situation and the change required the change intervention required needs to be selected.

4. The change interventions selected are to be implemented.

5. The management needs to check whether the change is taking place properly or not.
