Strategic and operational plan

Strategic planning refers to the process of making decision pertaining to allocation of the limited resource, defining of the direction or strategy for implementing the strategy. Operational planning on the other hand refers to the detailed plan that helps provide the clear image as to how the department, section or team will put their efforts towards accomplishment of the strategic goals of the company
