Collaboration refers to the arrangement underlying which two or more parties or organization comes together to join their effort for the achievement of mutual objective or goal. Collaboration requires a good leadership who can lead the project for two companies which are working in collaboration. It is a cost effective measure to ascertain the mutually agreed goals.
