Delphi Technique

Delphi technique requires making use of several questionnaires for identifying a particular alternative or solution to the problem. The questionnaires are first distributed and responses are recorded from the same. After analyzing the responses from the first questionnaire it is resubmitted back to the underlying participant on another questionnaire. This process is repeated until a consensus alternative or solution emerges.
