Creativity and innovation are both different sides of a same coin. They both are very important for all types of business. However the degree of importance of creativity and innovation for each job may vary vastly.

Creativity is a way of thinking that generates new ideas. Creativity is important in today’s business world, but it’s really only the beginning. Driving business results by running ideas through an innovation process puts those ideas to work — for companies and their customers.
