Globe has nine dimensions. These are listed below:

1. Assertiveness: Assertiveness in terms of work culture refers to being highly competitive, focused, tough and goal oriented. Work culture in few countries is highly competitive whereas in some countries nurturing is given more importance and focus is on joint efforts and sharing.

2. Future Orientation: It means that vision is long term, decisions are taken after evaluating long terms benefits and implications. Immediate benefits are not sought.
