External environment

External environment includes big forces and factors that exist outside the premises of the organization. Such factors possess immense potential to impact the performance and working of the organization. In other words it includes the factors, events, entities and conditions that surround a particular organization. Such factors impact the choices and activities and reveal the underlying risk and opportunities.
