Strong and weak culture

A strong culture is one underlying which members care intensely and agree upon the organization values. Strong culture helps improve the performance of the organization by coordinating the behavior of employees and motivating them. Weak culture on the other hand occurs when the values that are essential for the company are not defined clearly, widely accepted or communicate d to all those that are involved in operation of the company.
