Management level

Management levels are divided into three main category viz. top level, middle level and lower level. Top level managers include, president, chairman, vice-president that are responsible for overseeing and controlling the whole organization. Middle level managers are the department managers that take care of the human resource, production, finance and marketing. Lower level managers are those that work under the guidance of the middle level manager and supervise the workers involved in production of goods and services.
