Interpersonal role is bifurcated into three liaisons which require manager to communicate with external as well as internal contacts. Leader involves leading the team and organization by managing the responsibilities and performance of every individual in the group. Figurehead role involves legal, ceremonial and social responsibilities. Informational category on the other hand involves monitoring, disseminator and spokesperson role. Decision category involves negotiator role, resource allocator, disturbance handler and the entrepreneur.
