Technical, decision making and interpersonal skills

Technical skills refer to the knowledge and abilities required to perform a particular activity or task. This often includes scientific, mathematical and mechanical tasks. Interpersonal skills on the other hand refer to sills taken into consideration by the person in order to interact with another person in a proper manner. Decision making skills involves selecting the best possible alternative amongst the available alternatives.
