Ethics is the set of some moral values and principal that differentiate right and wrong morally.

Character:

It is the sum of behavioral activities or qualities that differentiate one person from another. The character of a person depends on the environment and the upbringing of the person.

Corporate ethic:

It is a set of social responsibilities of a company. The company is operating in society, so it is the responsibility of the company to do something beneficial for society.

Example:

Every company makes a profit by customers, so it is the responsibility of the company to provide them good quality products because customers trust them. They should get good quality products against their trust.
