What is the primary purpose of providing a final report in a field investigation?

After the field investigation has been completed and the hypotheses have been tested, the data report is a critical step that needs to be completed. All the data should be complied at a single place along with the results of the hypotheses testing.

The final report presents a narrative of the entire investigation process along with a review of the course of the studied epidemic as a case study. The data is well presented in the form of graphs, charts, tables and other ways of graphical representation such that it is easily and clearly understandable.
