How do incubation periods differ from latency periods?

When there is no medical or clinical involvement is taken, then each disease can follow four stages of development and cure if possible. These four stages are as follows:

1. The susceptibility stage, in which host is susceptible to be attack and develop disease by an agent.

2. Presymptomatic stage, in which pathogens are interacted with normal person and certain pathologic changes are observed but they are not the symptoms.

3. Clinical disease stage, in which symptoms and signs starts to come.

4. Last stage, in which disability, recovery, or death can be occurred.
