1. The information keeping system of the school for the students and faculty will keep all the necessary information about them. The system will keep the following information as given below:

• Name and address of the students.

• Name and address of the faculty.

• Phone number of the student and faculty.

• Total number of students and faculty.

• Date of birth and age of the student and faculty.

The system will keep the track of private and public information. So, the data must be stored in a secure system.
