Correct the following paragraphs by adding and or removing marks of punctuation as needed.
Migraine headache's affect millions of people in the United States. This illness attacks all segments of the population both adults and children. However it is more common in females than in males. Migraine's are so serious a problem that they cause millions of lost work and study hours in factories warehouses offices
stores schools and colleges. An essay entitled What Are Migraine Headaches describes the problem in the following words:
an intense throbbing or pounding pain. The pain from migraines is most often unilateral in other words it is on one side of the head.
Nausea, vomiting, dizziness sensitivity to light and even diarrhea are other symptoms that migraines can cause. The most effective remedy is a good nights sleep however there are several drug's that can also help. A migraine patient should also avoid certain foods sharp cheeses red wines and some types of nuts. Smoking also makes things worse so doctors advise staying away from cigarettes, and other tobacco products.
